The first Trials took place on Sunday, January 12, 2025, at Matete Sports Ground, a venue known for hosting the Iron Ladies home matches and numerous football events and showcasing local talent. The trial candidates, comprised of enthusiastic ladies from diverse backgrounds, were rigorously tested on various essential aspects of the game, focusing not only on their general playing abilities but also on specific skills such as precision passing, strategic thinking, and tactical awareness. In addition to their technical skills, the candidates demonstrated their creativity and endurance ability, pushing their limits to impress the evaluators.
